Review for Nursing Mothers Counsel, Palo Alto, CA, USA
I LOVE this organization! I had major problems with my first child (my son), and my lactation consultant was my hero! When I mentioned wanting to give back, she told me about Nursing Mothers Counsel. It took me 18 months and a different state, but I got involved, went through orientation and became a volunteer counselor. All my training helped me with my 2nd child (my daughter), and it's GREAT and very helpful to not only know that there's an organization who can help me if I need it, but that I can be a part of something so giving.
