I can’t stress enough how important FIRST is to me. I found robotics at a very hard time in my life but it brought me such joy and began to make the pain of that time go away. FIRST teaches kids not just about robotics but about how to be a good person. I truely believe FIRST will create generations of skilled engineers, programmers and even film makers, writers, businesspeople and leaders ( because of the varied aspects of the FIRST programs) who will not only be able to change the world but will have the values and morals to want to Change it for the better. I am so proud to be a part of FIRST, an organization that has helped me learn how I can use my talents to help others.
