My association with Isha started in 2016, prior to which everything seemed to be going well for me - great career, family, friends, comforts , yet I was living a non-inclusive life with a myopic vision. Taking the Inner Engineering program completely transformed me as I gained immense clarity, enhanced perception and a constant sense of joy and exuberance, opening me up to life in way I could not have imagined. I became a more conscious human being, being aware of how every action was impacting the world around me. It has been the most fulfilling and gratifying experience since then to be with Isha and touch so many lives by volunteering for the transformational programs and participating in the awareness campaigns for Rally for Rivers and Stop Plastic Pollution, to have a positive impact on the planet. Even in my own life I am constantly looking for ways to reduce my footprint on the planet and come up with simple ways to conserve water and reduce single use plastic consumption. As I feel more connected to the people and environment around me, the experience of life is so much richer. With deep gratitute I would like to thank Sadhguru and Isha Foundation for opening up this possibility for all through individual transformation.
