I was an original member of Clínica Verde’s Board and my wife and I were important early funders of the effort. We were inspired by the Founder, Susan Lyons’, vision and her tenacity in pursuing that vision to create a new and different template for providing health, hope and dignity to persons in very poor countries who have never before experienced any of the three. We are pleased that Susan’s vision has been largely rewarded and proud to have participated in the effort. Although I no longer belong to the Board, my wife and I continue to support Clínica Verde financially and intend to continue doing so well into the future. It is one of the best things we ever have done with our money.
