this organization is working to break stereotypes and gain awareness for mental heath research. MAPS is a organization that has work not just to fund forward thinking research, but to aid in the diffusion of knowledge between scientific specialization's. MAPS has shown over the years that they have already effected the modern mental health science thru there record and staying power.

as a researcher i have seen the results of MAPS effect's thru the fruits of their research and thru the increase in dialog in our field that has result of their work.
