I began inner engineering in Nov of 2011 and completed my meditation program at the ashram in Tennessee. It has been a life changing experience. Meeting people from all walks of life who find peace and experience freedom is rewarding and life affirming. After 7 years of practices I still find a deeper experience of life in everyday moments. So grateful for the support of the volunteers and Sadhguru through u tube videos, monthly meetings and newsletters. Grateful for all the changes in my life due to working a simple technique each morning.
