The way Isha Foundation meticulously manages all programs with unpaid volunteers and yet delivers the most beautiful and deeply transforming experience is what touched me

I signed up for their flagship program, Inner Engineering in 2015 to try it out and see what it is. It was a life changing move for me. Now I find myself volunteering very often in New York City organizing free Yoga sessions during weekends, and in Tennessee- I get to meet wonderful people from across the country. Not to miss, it is a very fulfilling experience to see people learn yoga and benefit from it
