Isha Foundation has far exceeded my expectation. The way they teach yoga, the way they explain and generally the atmosphere and the way they conduct all the programs and activities is beyond words. The whole experience for me and my family with Isha Foundation is just a big huge explosion (in a positive way). Above all, taking the Isha programs will make you stable, a joyful and loving human being no matter what you do. And stable people is the world missing today.
