I started watching Sadhguru videos on YouTube long before I took the initiation for Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya with Sadhguru and getting involved with this non-profit organization was the best thing happened. Life has changed for good and still improving. It is amazing to see so many volunteers making its mission success for the betterment of humanity.
