I am Bala Sundaresan. I am so grateful to Sadhguru, for he is a key person in my life who changed my entire outlook towards life.
I learnt Shambhavi Yoga, Suriya Kriya and Yogasanas through his organization. However, I don't follow any. The one thing I always looked for his morning Quotes. I imbibed most of his quotes into a reality within myself and I found my life transform immensely.
The people around me are the wigtness to what I have become. From a depressed, negative attitude who almost life to a vibrant life that I am today. I owe it to Sadhguru. I LOVE YOU Sadhguru, immensely, immeasurably.
