Hi... Thank you Sadhguru for building isha foundation otherwise I couldn't know anything about life... I can only say Thanks to my guru but nothing else for his efforts... I recently took Shambhavi maha mudra kriya it has a great impact on my life and how to look at myself... Thanks for showing us the path in which we can experience the life the way it is... I wish all the human beings get into this blissful yogic experience...
