Hi,
I am a volunteer with Isha foundation. My association with Isha has brought many significant positive influences in my family(wife and me). Now a days many people teach yoga and talk about meditation, consciousness, clarity etc. but, no one really teaches like Isha. Attending Inner Engineering was like a blessing to us. It helped us to get out of that rigidity wall that we had build around us. We learnt to live in present moment, basically we started living life after attending this program. Each time I volunteer I feel like I have been touched by the grace.
