After i received Shambhavi initiation I felt like some divine software was installed in me. Experiences, like being peacefully present in the moment through meditations had been a struggle . But now it is so easily available to me. Now i can stay in that state for long time. This used to be my dream. These techniques are transformational. If you do them correctly you will always be charged with energy , with love and bliss, you become much more accommodating and forgiving. This is the alchemy that Sufis say "transmutes the copper of your being into gold", if practiced properly.
