I have taken many of Isha's programs and have been volunteering (part-time) with the foundation for over 9 years. Isha programs and Volunteering for Isha have deeply transformed how I am each moment, making me a more joyful being. The Foundation has provided me a most wonderful and safe platform to offer myself to everyone and everything around me so that I can help bring about this same transformation to others.
