By investigating the ever-expanding field of psychedelic studies, MAPS puts people better in touch not only with the scientific world of mind-altering chemicals, but also in touch with their own psychological centers and with other valuable minds in the field. Their work is essential to the increased understanding and acceptance that psychedelic research requires to metamorphose into one of the most important fields of the coming century.
