I've been volunteering with Isha Foundation for the past 3 years and it has been a life changing opportunity for me . I've not only learnt so much along the way but the practices have helped me immensely in transforming my life in ways I could never imagine. What amazes me is the transparency and honesty with which people work despite it being a volunteer led organization , each volunteer who is accountable only to themselves and despite that the sheer dedication and commitment in wanting to take their experiences and share it with the world and making this possibility happen for so many others.
