I had read about Cardz for Kidz on facebook and was touched by the different levels of quality of the cards and the joy seen on faces of children who got them. I was impressed by the number of individuals, groups and card making parties to produce such a hugh number of cards. I knew I had to become involved. I have made close to 175 cards and have enjoyed making each and everyone one. I was also able to get some cards delivered to a friends son who is Autistic and in the hospital due to severe burns he received in an accident. It is gratifying to know that I can make these cards, mail them to CforK and know that in some small way I am bringing a smile and a tiny respite from their illness or troubles. This organization is amazing and I am honored to be able to be a part of it.
