My wife and I have been a donor to HHF for many years. When we discovered our daughter was deaf, we searched for resources that would not only guide us through a complex educational system but also offered the best hope for a scientific discovery to help solve the problem. Both HHF and the New York League for the Hard of Hearing were invaluable resources for us. We are deeply indebted to both for all the guidance and direction and, more importantly, the hope they gave us that with proper funding and research there can be a cure for deafness in our lifetime.
