ARTBAR {A Reason to Believe Animal Rescue} is a much needed rescue in an area where animal's are disposable and little thought is given to their well being. Jessica and her team go above and beyond to help... day or night. I can't say enough good about them and you can be sure that 100% of donations go towards the care of the animal's.
