Review for A Reason To Believe Animal Rescue, Inc. (ARTBAR), Lenore, WV, USA
Jessica does the impossible in an area that is so rural, with so many people that dont spay and neuter their animals, where dogs are dumped by the handfuls at every mining road around. She is the one in a dress and heels saving and feeding and cleaning and praying and crying being the only human interaction any of these animals ever got. She and ARTBAR are one in a million .
