They are the best thing that ever happened to our communities as far as helping our animals... of all kinds dogs, cats, turtles, owls, birds, reptiles as blue tailed lizard, fish ... hearts of gold and deserve every help they can get! Love all the way they go over and above despite constraints!

ARTBAR under Jessica Hill White made me believe in Acts of love and kindness to animals esp the ones who are critically needing it! This organization really goes out of their way to HELP where hope seems lost. She shares with us the passion in believing that every cause is worth saving! By reaching out to help ARTBAR I know that I have made a little difference .. every dog, cat, owl, turtle , horse in her page had I been touched by Angels here on earth and Jessica is Angel#1... I support and believe her cause!♥️♥️
