I met a young man who was in the program. He was in 12th grade & throughout his entire HS experience, he had trouble reading. He joined the program & got the time type of attention he needed to become a better reader. He & his reading tutor built a strong relationship & that relationship carried over into his learning. Today he is out of HS but he no longer reads at a 3rd grade anymore. Beyond Basics went Beyond for that young brother.
