About 5 years ago, I was feeling ‘old and creaky’! Many people kept telling me to go to a yoga class. Finally I did and boy what a life changer! It was a Sunday morning at 10 am in October. I asked my step-daughter to come with me. We both loved our first class and our teacher Virginia. Fast forward to today and now my step-daughter is my yoga teacher at YDC. She attended their teacher training program a couple years ago, so we have come full circle.

I love the energy and the wonderful programs hosted at the center. Regina and Matt are so welcoming and genuine. We are blessed to be part of the wonderful family of YDC. And I no longer feel ‘old and creaky’! ❤️
