Review for Lazarex Cancer Foundation, Danville, CA, USA
After being told that conventional medecine was no longer effective in treating his deadly cancer (Ewing's Sarcoma),my son Scott Zenaro became a client/patient of the Lazarex Cancer Foundation who provided clinical trial treatment and financial assistance some 3000 miles from his home, which included his residential expense as well as some urgent medical scans, for 18 months. Then when these treatments ceased to improve his condition, Lazarex flew him to the Philippines, paid for his residence, medecine, daily clinical treatment, all doctor and nurse care, all numerous medical tests and scans (MRI,PET,CT,X-ray) for almost another year. Lazarex enabled him to lead a dignified "normal" life for almost two and one half years. These costs probably reached upwards of $200,000. which is extraordinary and unprecedented by any non-profit cancer organization in the world. This is the reason that my wife and I and our family are devoting so much energy in raising much needed funds for Lazarex to continue their good works for other needy cancer patients.
