Each social movement needs a cadre of responsible, dedicated leadership and committed workers that recognize the need for change. In all aspects, MAPS has demonstrated excellence in challenging government regulations that refuse to recognize the need to study all possible sources of medicine in helping those afflicted with pain and suffering. While the resistance to change entranced views is strong, the willingness of MAPS to initiate and continue the struggle is praiseworthy. Lyle Craker
