My husband and I have been members of the US Army Special Forces (Green Beret) Family/Community for almost five decades. During that time we have rarely - if ever - seen a nonprofit step up and provide across the board assistance, programs and services with as much love, care, compassion and professionalism as the Green Beret Foundation (GBF) does. We have watched the GBF develop, grow and expand from their original mission (providing services/programs to post 9-11 wounded/injured SF Warriors, their Families and the SF Community's Gold Star Families) to an expanded mission which is now providing assistance, programs and services to the entire US Army Special Forces (Green Beret) community. When we look for organizations that best utilize our donor dollars where they will make a significant difference in the well being of our SF Community the Green Beret Foundation is at the very top of our list!
