I found Wild Love Preserve while browsing the internet, and the discovery has been both inspiring and life-changing. I have witnessed what one person can do, watching Andrea Maki bring diverse groups together to find a compassionate and fiscally responsible solution to the question of how to protect and care for our wild horses. When I see people pulling together to protect these intelligent, beautiful animals, who are so vulnerable to our decisions, I am filled with hope for our world. In addition, as business owners (we own and operate hotels and a convention center in Idaho), it is clear that WLP is good business for Idaho. The new preserve will provide countless tourism and educational opportunities to Idaho residents and out-of-state visitors. When one also considers how many millions of dollars taxpayers have saved using this model, it is clear that this is a positive and sustainable solution that should be a model for wild horse management all over the country. Andrea is to be commended for her vision, hard work, and integrity. I'm in - I will support Wild Love Preserve in any ways that I can.
