I live in Central NY, couldn't find a wildlife rehabilitator for a Red Tail Hawk to take the bird. I called Red Creek and was given several phone numbers of rehabilitators to call, one led me to a localish lady who I was able to take the hawk to. They could have easily told me "sorry, can't help you as we only deal with Pa. wild life, but they went above and beyond to get the hawk the help it needed.
