Review for In Need of Diagnosis, Orlando, FL, USA

Rating: 5 stars

If you have pain or symptoms and you have been to the doctors but they cannot find anything wrong. This is the perfect website and group to go to. I get so frustrated because the doctors cannot figure out why I have the pain I have. I found this great website and filled out information. I was surprised when I received a written heart felt response about my symptoms and they gave me some things to try. The website contains alot of links that will help when you need of more information. I never knew it existed and that there other people are dealing with the same problems. I am glad I found it and I believe that it will be helpful for others when you are at a loss of what to do next.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

letting me know that I am not alone in my experiences and that someone is out there that understands.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

make the website more user-friendly. There is so much information, it is easy to get lost.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

the wonderful wealth of information the website contains.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

compassionate and understood what I was going through.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

help other people who have pain but it has not been diagnosed. Many people can go through depression and can't go to work when they are in constant pain. Just talking with someone and know that there is help would go a long way.

Ways to make it better...

I would have found the organization sooner.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

getting the word out about their website.

One thing I'd also say is that...

I do appreciate the personal attention that they gave to me. It was so unexpected.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every month

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
