The yoga Darshana center is a truly spiritual center in every sense of the word. I started practicing yoga there since they first opened and my life has never been the same since. The Instructors are genuinely nice people who care about the students and know what they are doing. The teachers training course is probably the best on Long Island. There are also so many different classes from which to choose. The YDC community is filled with authentic practitioners. I would recommend YDC to anyone interested in taking a great yoga class or one of the other classes they offer or attending a spiritual gathering.
