When I worked at a Pregnancy Care Center we used them as a referral for our clients. I had one girl tell me she started chatting with another girl (on this or a similar website) and they were able to eventually meet and have a playdate with their children. It brings pregnant girls hope, encouragement and much needed support through relationships and referrals.
