Review for Lazarex Cancer Foundation, Danville, CA, USA

Lazarex Cancer Foundation provides financial assistance to cover the costs associated with patient participation in clinical trials. Sometimes when all other resources to find a cure have been depleted Lazarex helps to uncover alternative ways to extend a persons life so that they can appreciate the time that they have left with the ones they love. My experience with walking the Disney Half Marathon and providing food services at the two events I participated in were memorable ones. The staff within Lazarex really make all of the volunteers feel immediately like family, and help to deliver a clear message of what Lazarex is working towards. I look forward to the next event, and trying to help in the fight to "changing the face of cancer".
