I have worked in the field of addiction for 18 years. For the last five years at Balboa Horizons we have been very blessed to have had Wes and his team or better yet family of Rock to Recovery musicians working with our clients that suffer from substance abuse, mental illness and/or other related traumas.
What Rock to Recovery achieves is nothing short of miraculous. I have seen rapid change and healing happen in front of my eyes with some of the most traumatized broken individuals, that honestly felt they were never going to get better after seeing professionals for so many years without having any success. In other words, I believe the work that Rock to Recovery does is so vital that it is sometimes the difference between life or death for people with deep emotional wounds. THESE GUYS SAVE LIVES!
