The Beacon House Association has been a great partner with Marymount California University (MCU). They have hosted our students for various classroom assignments (such as substance abuse and homelessness), project and events (Beacon House monthly dinners for our Drug Use and Abuse Class). Recently, we have also collaborated on having students that are of concern and/or at risk to volunteer at the Beacon House in hopes to steer them in the right direction by seeing the realities of life. The Student Wellness Center at MCU is grateful for their support in working with our department along with our Mariner family.
