The folks at NICA are super dedicated to getting #morekidsonbikes. Along with thousands of volunteers around the country, they've created a movement that I'm grateful to be a part of.

I've seen the results in North Carolina. The Student-Athletes that I've had the honor of working with have developed a love of the sport that will last them a lifetime - and for those for whom traditional sports aren't a fit, they've found an identity that builds confidence and character.
