ProCon.org provides an immensely valuable service to users. I am a university professor who routinely encounters students with little ability to weigh evidence and assess claims without falling back on their preconceived notions. What I witness in the classroom, we all witness play out on political stages (local, regional, national, international) as tribalism and ideological conformity increasingly become the norm. ProCon.org offers tools for people to think with as they look at controversial issues and models of how to construct and assess arguments. Individuals and society as a whole desperately need these skills. Thank you ProCon.org.
