Mr. Kris visited our After School Program in Buena Park for five sessions as part of the nutrition course America On Track offers to the youth. The kids who attended were overall very attentive. They enthusiastically answered questions and asked plenty of questions too. Kids especially were happy to receive healthy snacks as part of the course. The models (e.g. muscle and fat) that Kris brought as demonstrations for how our body reacts to proper or improper nutrition were very useful in helping the kids visualize and retain the concepts. I think Mr. Kris was an excellent instructor. He really captured and held the kids' attention. I think his way of explaining the lessons were simple and clear, perfect for kids! Thank you Kris and America On Track for coming to teach the kids the importance of nutrition. The information was very valuable.
