The guidance Mary, through her work with this organization, provided to my office as we developed a framework to combat human trafficking in Rockford, Il was invaluable. We are currently utilizing the four “P” foundation as we move forward with formalizing a task force, goals and objectives, and I continue to look back to the Labratory’s model as we progress.
