MyNDTALK with Dr. Pamela Brewer is an extremely important community resource and outlet for people to learn about mental health and wellness issues. With all of the information that is constantly thrown at us, MyNDTALK stands out as a promoter of healthy living and understanding across different experiences. The guests are interesting and informative. Also, the program is a great first resource for people who are hesitant to seek professional help or don't find the support they need to discuss mental health issues among their own circle. Love this program!
