Review for Save A Forgotten Equine, Redmond, WA, USA
S.A.F.E does a good job of providing transitional care for horses in need; provides good vet & farrier care, training and screening of potential adoptors. They seem to have be transparent about accounting for donated funds.

I've known of S.A.F.E for almost 5 years and seen them provide consistant, prudent services to starving and at risk horses.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
It would be nice if they had more extensive facilities and could take more horses!
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
making an immediate change for people or animals in our community
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
very caring and the leadership continually goes the extra mile
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
hire a full time manager with support staff and provide services for more horses
Ways to make it better...
the organization was more centralized
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
access to enough hay & grain & facilites to service the huge population of neglected/abandoned/abused horses
