The Wild Animal Sanctuary is the gold standard in captive carnivore sanctuaries. From the very beginning, every single animal is given love, healing, and a chance to finally experience as close to living in the wild as possible. TWAS continuously evolves from designing better rescue methods, creating habitats for the comfort and daily life of the animals , and educating the world about the captive wildlife crisis. There are many ways to help the animals on their website.

I have been honored to be able to support TWAS for over 10 years. The incredible work that starts when a request for a rescue is made is unbelievable. When you watch a video of a rescue and see the connection the rescuers have with the animal is beautiful. The love and care continues through traveling to the sanctuary and through out the lives of every animal. The most wonderful thing a person can do if at all possible is go see for yourself and I promise you too will want to do more.
