Our grandchild died and the development director could not have been more helpful about making the arrangements for memorials for children's books. She even came to the funeral home to express her condolences and has stayed in touch. Every time a book comes in with the baby's name in the special label, she lets us know and be the first to see it. I tell everyone about how much she and the library care about everyone.
