I went to EDRC of Los Gatos a few months ago in desperate need of help with my eating disorder. As a 62-year-old woman, I was finding it extremely difficult to find places that would treat women in my age group.

The staff at EDRC found a contact person at the Santa Clara County Mental Health Department who then referred me to Asian American Recovery Services in San Jose.

Two young members of staff there found a way for me to get treatment services at Cielo House in San Jose, which provides treatment for older women and is run by a marvelous treatment team.

After many months of searching, I am now able to get the treatment I need. The people at EDRC of Los Gatos are serious about helping older women to find the exact type of help they need for an eating disorder. I give them my absolutely highest recommendation.
