All I have to say is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The lady who answers the phone, this is not the job for her. Yeah I understand they're doing good, but she needs to learn how to conduct herself as well. She accused us before even meeting us. She assumed before even asking, who does that? All we wanted is to bring a pup home to love. I never thought we had to be criticized before doing so. I just found this first time experience to be very uncomfortable. Thanks OFOSA!
