I have been both a volunteer and a beneficiary of IDRF. I have seen both sides of the organization - from within and without. I would say, I am thoroughly impressed by:
- The professional work ethic with regard to commitment to change and rigorous documentation
- The minimal overhead cost which is driven on top of a fierce volunteering spirit
- The personal connection maintained with the clients, shows the importance given to human relations
- The inspiring team behind the organization which has chosen to sacrifice more lucrative options
