TAP is comprised of the hardest group of people I have ever seen. As a 100% donation and volunteer based rescue, every person thats involved, volunteers countless hours to saving lives. Not only are the women who run TAP incredibly passionate and dedicated but they provide the best care for every dog they save. Truly remarkable organization!
