Oakland Hope is a volunteer staffed client-choice food pantry. Additionally they operate a thrift store that is open to the public, with all profits being used to support the pantry.
I have volunteered, both as an individual and with Calvary Lutheran church on the bi-annual Community Impact Weekends. I have enjoyed volunteering in this friendly and empowering environment. Join us to shop, volunteer or to see if you qualify as an Oakland County resident eligible for our services.
