Review for Educational Pathways International, Incline Village, NV, USA
Growing up in a family with financial challenges, it was difficult for me to get full concentration as my future was greatly threatened by financial issues. The thought of reaching this far was then only a dream. I learnt about this great Organisation which offers full scholarship to gifted and financially challenged students in my university. l applied and fortunately I was awarded a full scholarship by Educational Pathways International (EPI). Since then it has been one great experience after the other.
A very great financial burden was taken off my parents shoulders. For the first time in my life, I had some people who did not only completely took over my parents' financial obligations but also represented them in their parental duties here in school. The officials of the scholarship do what every responsible parent would do to bring the best out of their children. I realized that the officials of this great family do not just want our financial welfare, but also care so much about our academic , social life, emotional needs and others.
.
Consequently, I have developed self esteem which has shaped my public speaking confidence. I have grown from being a tentative boy to a strong optimist who sees opportunity in every difficulty. Also, I can now do my research work and other assignments without having to borrow friend's laptop.
With the Education Pathways International scholarship, my future rests on solid grounds and I intend making the best out of this invaluable opportunity. Owing to this fact, I have made a firm resolve to reach the highest level in the academic sphere. I want to acquire the highest possible expertise in my field of study, Pharmacy.
Coupled with my academic and health related goals, I also want to be able to reach out to the financially challenged but brilliant children in my community. I want to be the force that propel some people forward some day. I want to be the smile on the face of that helpless person out there. I want to be a part of the reason why life is worth living for someone. Putting myself in the best position to serve humanity is my key goal in life and my whole career has always been geared towards that.
In conclusion, I thank the team that make up Education Pathways International and everybody working to ensure its sustenance and through whose efforts living testimonies are made out of hopeless situations for needy and brilliant Ghanaian students.
