I've had such a wonderful experience with Volunteer NY! They carefully matched my experience and skills with wonderful agencies and an awesome project for a volunteer day that was sponsored by my employer. After the event, we kept in touch and the Volunteer NY! staff continued to open doors for me. They helped me take my volunteer role to the next level; they introduced me to another local agency where I was recently elected as a Board of Directors member. My leadership skills continue to grow and sharpen with these new opportunities and the best part is that I'm able to help others throughout all. I look forward to continuing to work with Volunteer NY! for a very long time!
