1K Nation is by far one of the most positive and encouraging after school programs I've seen in a long time. The staff are knowledgeable in youth development, provide high yield strategies for learning, and are creative in their techniques to reach at risk youth. The Coaches truly have a heart to serve and their passion can be seen in their interactions with the students. What is most powerful is the impact that they have on the students and how their engaging environment provides opportunities for all to thrive.
